Viscomix 1000L skid:

  • Capacity to process at different speeds and temperatures.
  • Hygienic stainless steel design with easy access for cleaning.
  • Steam heating and water cooling system, optimising production times.
  • Pre-mixing for final production in the MCR 2000L reactor.

 

MCR 2000L reactor:

  • Counter-rotating agitation system ensures homogeneous mixtures.
  • Double multi-stage heating jacket enables precise temperature control.
  • Automation with PLC and a HMI screen, for monitoring and process control.
